We are currently seeking a Sr. ServiceNow ITOM developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITOM, with preferred experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and integration management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end ITOM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and develop ITOM (Discovery) solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Core Skills:

• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery) and related modules.
• Strong proficiency in building and managing integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs).
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with ITSM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Service Portal customization and development.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
