Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting specialized healthcare professionals with opportunities in hospitals, clinical practices, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has passion for networking, and maintains a strong focus on relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Talent Acquisition:
+ Identify and source top healthcare professionals-including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, medical technicians, and administrative healthcare staff-through various channels such as job boards, databases, networking events, and referrals. (Source: US Demand for Skilled Talent Q1 2025 report)
+ Client Collaboration:
+ Partner with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational goals, and culture to ensure the placement of highly-qualified candidates. (Source: Trends by Professional Field insights)
+ Screening and Interviewing:
+ Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations of candidate credentials, skills, and compatibility based on client requirements.
+ Pipeline Development:
+ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by fostering relationships with candidates and staying current with industry trends. (Source: Succession and pipeline planning strategies)
+ Job Placement:
+ Match candidates to appropriate roles, ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining high candidate and client satisfaction.
+ Market Insights:
+ Monitor labor market trends in healthcare, including job demand, skills gaps, and competitive pay rates, to provide informed recruiting strategies. (Source: Labor Market Overview)
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, human resources, or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a similar role within the healthcare sector preferred.
+ Deep understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry standards.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Proficiency with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and online sourcing techniques.
