Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product design decisions. If you are passionate about creating user-centered experiences and have a strong background in research methodologies, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvement
Plan and execute usability studies, surveys, and other research methods to gather data
Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the product development process
Create personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
Proficiency in research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
