Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Manage the timely delivery of products and materials to meet customer demands.
Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers, manufacturers, and customers, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
Maintain and optimize inventory levels, preventing both shortages and excess stock.
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain efficiency and success.
Proactively identify and resolve any supply chain challenges or discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management.
