Job Description
:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing strategies, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role is essential in maintaining the consistency of our brand voice and supporting the execution of successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery
Conduct market research and compile reports on consumer trends and competitors
Monitor and track campaign performance metrics
Support the creation of marketing materials including presentations, flyers, and email templates
Manage and update marketing databases and mailing lists
Help organize promotional events and industry exhibitions
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
