Job Title: Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

Location: San Diego, CA

Compensation: $120K - $160K

Position Overview: The Clinical Data Manager role is responsible for overseeing and analyzing clinical trial data to ensure compliance, integrity, and accuracy. The right candidate will have experience managing a team with a proven track record of leadership success. You will play a role within a larger Data Management team responsible for all data associated with the clinical trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks and data validation
• Training newer hires on the data management process we follow
• Ensure collection, data accuracy, and completeness of data
• Ability to manage direct reports and work within a larger team effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., EDC systems, SAS, SQL).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP)
