Senior Accountant

This role will encompass a wide range of accounting responsibilities, both transactional and supervisory, across multiple divisions of the organization. The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while contributing to the strategic financial management of the company.
Responsibilities:
Execute a comprehensive range of accounting activities spanning multiple divisions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
Supervise and guide accounting staff, providing mentorship and support in daily operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established timelines.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline and enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.
Perform detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating audit inquiries.
Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting function.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and procedures across divisions.
