Sales Support Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team! In this high-volume pre-sales role, you'll be responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads, ensuring a smooth transition for the sales process. Your proactive and persistent follow-up with new leads will play a key role in the success of our team.

What you will do:

Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
Take quick action on after-hours or missed calls with strong follow-up
Reach prospective sellers through a variety of communication channels (text messaging, emails, phone calls)
Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
Audit leads to ensure they're followed up on promptly and appropriately
Assign unassigned leads to Real Estate Consultants
Follow up on aged leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
Provide general sales support to the team as needed

About You:

You have 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
You are skilled in following up on leads and helping to begin the lead qualification process
You have experience working with consumers or homeowners (preferred)
You have experience in the real estate industry (preferred)
You have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
