Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in MedicalSurgical and Telemetry for a travel assignment. This role requires flexibility to work rotating 12hour shifts (day/night) in a dynamic hospital setting providing highquality patient care across various units as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry and AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Assignment Details:

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 01/13/2025 (flexible start date)
• Shift: Rotating 12hour shifts (7:00 am 7:00 pm / 7:00 pm 7:00 am) 3 shifts per week
• Location: Rochester NY

Orientation Details:

Candidates must be available for orientation as per the schedule. Pay for orientation will be discussed upon offer.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 12 years of recent MedSurg and Telemetry experience
• Certifications: AHA BLS (required at submission)
• Tele Experience: Required
• License Requirements: Candidates must apply for a New York license at the time of offer if they are not currently licensed in New York. This is a pilot program accepting candidates without a current NY license.
• Holiday/Weekend Requirements: Must work 2 out of 3 holidays and every other weekend
• Floating Requirements: Will float to ICU or ER to care for MedSurg level patients or provide support as needed
• Local Candidates: Not accepted within 50 miles of the facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor assess and manage patients with acute conditions and complex telemetry needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards

Pay Details:

• Weekly Stipend: $1484 ($560 for meals and $924 for lodging)
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2263
• Base Hourly Rate: $22.57
