We’re looking for a Regional Recruiter to help grow Keller Williams’s footprint across the NY Tri-State and Manhattan Regions by attracting top-producing agents and independent brokerages into our network. The ideal candidate is persuasive, goal-oriented, and energized by helping others succeed.
Must have Real Estate or Real Estate adjacent experience to be considered for this role.
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
• Commission

Responsibilities:
Grow the Region
• Help launch 2 new Keller Williams Market Centers per year in the NY Tri-State and Manhattan areas.
• Recruit 12 Independent Brokerage Partners annually to join the KW network.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective recruits, including brokerages and top agents.
• Invite prospects to attend major KW events and training opportunities.
Build Meaningful Connections • Make outbound calls and conduct 1:1 meetings to introduce agents and broker-owners to KW’s value proposition.
• Host monthly presentations on KW’s Independent Partnership Model.
• Collaborate with Market Center leadership to align recruiting efforts with retention and cultural fit.
Support Strategic Launches • Conduct behavioral assessments (KPA) to identify qualified candidates for new Market Centers.
• Work closely with the launching Operating Principals to provide recruiting support.
• Plan and lead in-person training events in key launch locations.
Coach & Develop • Oversee regional training programs for Team Leaders.
• Lead weekly coaching sessions, mastermind calls, and accountability check-ins for leadership.
Qualifications:
• Real Estate or Real Estate adjacent experience is required • Proven success in recruiting, business development, or real estate growth.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.
• A strong leadership background, whether in business, community, or personal ventures.
• A strategic thinker who enjoys solving challenges and inspiring others.
• Willingness to travel monthly.
• Real estate industry experience is strongly preferred.
