In the Role

• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customerexpectations

• Develop new relationships – and maintain existing relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle

• Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet theirgoals

• Present customers with optional insurance products  

• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clearunderstanding

• Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and salestools

• Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws andregulations

Requirements: 

• HS Diploma/GED    

Preferred:

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience  

Location:On site  

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
