Part-Time Recruiter – Public Works Construction
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Recruiter to support our growing public works construction company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable connecting with people.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, trade sites, and other recruiting platforms
Make outreach calls to potential candidates
Screen and qualify applicants for construction roles
Maintain organized candidate lists and follow-ups
Assist in building a pipeline of reliable, qualified workers
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills
Experience with recruiting, staffing, or construction industry a plus (but not required)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer and online research skills
