Resinous Floor Installer | Full-Time | Central Kentucky

At PRO-tect Solutions, we specialize in high-performance epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic flooring systems across commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. We’re hiring a Resinous Floor Installer who’s detail-oriented, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to contribute to a skilled, supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
Prep concrete surfaces for coatings using grinders and hand tools.
Perform repairs: crack fill, joint fill, resurfacing.
Mix and apply resinous coatings with tools like brushes, rollers, and squeegees.
Maintain clean worksites and tools.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to jobsite efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
~2+ years of resinous flooring or related experience (preferred).
~ Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
~ Able to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical work.
~ Willing to work 30–50 hours/week , including occasional extended shifts.
~ Detail-focused and takes pride in craftsmanship.
~ Valid driver’s license and drug-free.
~ Experience in commercial, manufacturing, and residential environments.
