What Can We Offer You - Competitive base pay of $24.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills

What You’ll Do - Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (e.g TikTok Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like social media insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing files and updating databases.
- Capture and organize marketing assets such as before-and-after project photos and videos, customer testimonials, and on-site video footage
- Assist in creating and refining standard operating procedures for marketing activates to ensure consistency and scalability
What You’ll Bring - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous marketing or PowerBI related experience is a plus, but not required.
