Program Director Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of an AI-enhanced program management ecosystem that transforms our $50M EdTech investment into measurable, accelerated learning outcomes for students.
Basic Requirements - Proven track record of 10+ years orchestrating complex program portfolios, demonstrating excellence in Program Management or PMO Leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing technology investments of $25M+, with a focus on strategic value creation
- Master of vendor relationships, with expertise in creating and managing competitive procurement processes
- Technical prowess in implementing and optimizing modern project management platforms (Linear, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI for operational excellence and data-driven decision making
- North America-based position

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
