Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. English speaking is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with international logistics and customs regulations. Proficiency in use of Excel. Coordinate and Monitor Supply Chain Operations: Manage daily logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Transportation Management: Plan and coordinate transportation routes, schedules, and carrier selection to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Warehouse Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse; ensure the efficient utilization of space and resources. Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment processes, including order entry, tracking, and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; prepare reports on logistics performance metrics. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards; promote a safe working environment. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth logistics operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
