Position: Marketing Assistant Location: Waltham, MA (ON-SITE)
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

Job Overview: The Marketing Assistant role supports global marketing initiatives set by the Marketing Director. This position is based in Waltham, MA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and execute global multi-channel marketing campaigns set by the Marketing Director
- Support virtual and in-person event planning and logistics for trade shows and conferences
- Manage webinar registration process and communication schedule
- Update marketing collateral (PPT, InDesign)
- Create new formats for PowerPoint slides to promote services
- Run reports, and manage data in SalesForce
- Create new emails/formats and send via email software program
Education And Experience - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (within a B2B environment)
Required Capabilities :
- Strong writing and communication skills, fluent in English
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable working with multiple cultures and nationalities
- Problem-solving skills
- Driven, articulate and independent
- The ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- A collaborative spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel when necessary
