The Junior Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to our team, helping to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. You will work closely with our team to perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, document management, and other support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Manage email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and organization
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments
- Conduct basic research and compile information as needed
- Support in organizing and maintaining digital files
- Help prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Linkedin) and Google Workspace
