Job Description:
The Junior Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to our team, helping to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in administration while balancing other responsibilities. You will work closely with our team to perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, document management, and other support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Manage email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and organization
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments
- Conduct basic research and compile information as needed
- Support in organizing and maintaining digital files
- Help prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Linkedin) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
