The RTX Enterprise Services (ES) Digital team, in close partnership with the RTX Technology & Global Engineering (T&GE) team, is seeking an HR leader to support the execution of the RTX AI strategy, transforming RTX into an insights driven organization, where technology serves as a catalyst for achieving business outcomes. The Director, HR - RTX AI HR Integration Lead , will play a critical role in the RTX AI Strategic Workforce Planning initiative by leading the development and execution of actionable talent strategies across multiple Human Resources (HR) Centers of Excellence (CoEs). This individual will focus on integrating enterprise-level solutions that address build (internal development) and buy (external hiring) strategies for AI talent, ensuring alignment with RTX’s workforce objectives across Engineering, Digital, and Operations. As a central point of contact for HR functions, this leader will work collaboratively to drive timely execution of initiatives and deliver an enterprise Strategic Workforce Action Plan for AI talent. This role requires a strong understanding of HR disciplines, experience in workforce planning or HR leadership, and exceptional organizational and collaboration skills. The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
