Inside Sales Representative - Join Our Growing Team!
Are you passionate about sales and eager to help small and medium-sized businesses find the best solutions to optimize their operations? We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to be the primary contact for both new leads and existing customers. In this role, you’ll utilize a consultative approach to sell our proprietary suite of products, driving business success while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for new leads and current customers, offering expertise on products.
Engage in solution-based selling, understanding client needs to recommend the best products.
Lead product demonstrations via online sessions to showcase how our products solve business challenges.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated through phone, online chat, webinars, social media, and email campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with technical sales engineers to align customer needs with the right solutions.
Cultivate a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to effectively demonstrate how we add value.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
A natural listener with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
At least 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment (preferably SaaS).
Strong proactive mindset – you’re excited about reaching out to potential clients and uncovering their needs.
Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of leads and sales activities.
Comfortable with both PC and mobile devices, with an intermediate understanding of technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals and KPIs.

This role is based on-site in Clearwater, FL.
We also offer a relocation stipend for candidates outside the area.
