A successful law firm is seeking an Immigration Paralegal for their Downtown Atlanta office. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and has 2+ years of related legal experience. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a highly professional, reputable firm with great in-office culture.
 
Hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Our client is offering hybrid flexibility.
 
Responsibilities:

• Support 3-4 labor and employment attorneys with court filings and case management
• Prepare visa applications and petitions for business and employment-based immigration cases
• Compile and analyze complex case facts and documents, prepare reports and other relevant immigration documents
• Maintain and manage case files including tracking of cases, determining related deadlines, and responding to status inquiries
• Extensive communication with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies
• Draft immigration correspondence including support letters and other key documents for attorney review

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal certification
• Fluency in the Korean language
• Adaptable and self-motivated
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
