Maxwell Heating and Cooling is growing, and we are currently looking for HVAC Residential Sales Reps to join our team.

Pay:  Base pay plus commission, DOE

Location: Maxwell Heating and Cooling services Carrollton and the surrounding area.

Job Duties:

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs;
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program;
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction;
• Consistently meet sales goals by constantly improving product knowledge base, industry trends, and customer satisfaction;
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers;
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold;
• Build and maintain customer relationships;
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous HVAC sales experience required;
• Basic computer skills required;
• Strong knowledge of HVAC residential installation required;
• A valid Georgia Driver’s license;
• Must be able to pass a background check, including MVR, and drug screen;
• Prior experience in HVAC equipment, installation, service, repairs, and replacements is a plus;
• Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills required;
• Ability to work in confined spaces;
• Ability to manage and schedule their time effectively;
• Reliable and self-motived;
• Positive attitude a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter) as required for the role;
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform the job duties;
• Ability to climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis;
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs+.
