General Dentist

We Are Seeking A Qualified General Dentist To Provide Comprehensive Dental Services And Preventive Care To Patients. This Role Includes Supervising Dental Assistants And Hygienists In The Absence Of The Dental Director, Ensuring High Standards Of Patient Care And Compliance With Clinical Protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality Dental Care In Outpatient Settings
• Supervise Dental Assistants And Hygienists As Needed
• Maintain Compliance With State And Federal Regulations
• Accurately Document Patient Care In EMR Systems
• Promote Preventive Dentistry Practices And Patient Education

Qualifications And Requirements

Required

• Graduate From An Accredited Dental School (DDS Or Equivalent)
• Active And Unrestricted Dental License In Texas
• Valid Texas DPS And DEA Registrations
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification From The American Heart Association Or American Red Cross
• Eligible For Clinical Privileges

Preferred

• Completion Of A General Practice Residency (GPR) Or Advanced Education In General Dentistry (AEGD) Program
• FTCA Coverage Or Private Malpractice Insurance Eligibility
• Proficiency With EMR Systems
• Bilingual Proficiency In English And Spanish Is Highly Desirable
