Traveling Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with construction managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and plans, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
