Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Katy, TX

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Dental Assistant with excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• A warm, patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Passion for digital dentistry and dental technology.
• Bilingual candidates and those experienced with pediatric patients are a big plus!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist dentists and hygienists during clinical procedures with precision and care.
• Capture accurate digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Record medical history, vitals, and other patient data.
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment areas.
• Provide a positive, comforting experience for every patient, especially children.
• Learn and support digital workflows (facial scanning, 3D printing, designing).
• Contribute to a smooth, supportive team environment.

What You Need:

• Active Texas RDA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• If not licensed yet, proof of current enrollment in a dental assistant program is required.
