Commercial Construction Superintendent

A well-respected, diverse commercial general contractor, known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, is looking for a Superintendent. Position: Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage on-site construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety measures.
* Monitor and inspect construction activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and training to site personnel, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Skills

* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading construction teams in a superintendent role.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders.
* Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
