Job Title: Picker/ Packer

Pay Rate: $16/hr.

Shift: 1st - 7:30 AM - 4PM

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our growing team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing products accurately and efficiently to ensure timely shipments. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions carefully, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders from inventory shelves according to customer specifications
• Carefully pack items to ensure safe delivery, checking for damage or defects
• Ensure all items are scanned and labeled correctly for shipment
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working
• Meet production and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary
