About Us: Our shop is thriving with increased insurance D.R.P business, which has created a need for skilled technicians. With five major DRP contracts generating over $1 million in revenue, we currently achieve a total monthly revenue between $1.3 million and $1.5 million dollars. We pride ourselves on our customer and employee-centric culture. Key Responsibilities:

Assess vehicles post-collision repair to ensure readiness for paint.
Collaborate with the paint prep team to ensure proper vehicle preparation for painting.
Mix water-based PPG paint to match vehicle colors seamlessly.
Work alongside estimators and body technicians for timely repair completion.
Maintain accurate records of work to ensure proper billing and pay.
Communicate effectively with all staff to support above-average shop throughput.
Perform final paint quality control before releasing vehicles for final assembly.

Experience Required:

Previous experience as an automotive refinish/paint technician is essential.
Strong knowledge of auto body repair.
Familiarity with PPG water-based paint.
Excellent communication skills to maintain production efficiency.
Attention to detail to minimize reapplications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 per year Benefits:

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with partial Saturdays as needed.
