Korzen Health is working in collaboration with Healogics and Baystate Wing Hospital Wound Care Center in regards to adding an outpatient Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to their center located in Springfield, MA.
Scope of Practice Includes:
This opportunity includes working in our outpatient wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position that is procedure based.
Our Wound Care Center includes:
- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Provider will average around 15-20 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
-We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:
- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm- 40 hours a week
- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
- Compensation Model is base salary. Plus bonus (RVU + Quality)
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
