Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to their Post Acute program in the Louisville, KY market.  You will need both a KY and IN license. The position is a mix of post-acute, Home Visits and outpatient center work. 

Scope of Practice Includes:

This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic, post-acute care visits for local SNFs and some home visits. This is a 100% Wound Care position that is procedural based. You need at least 1 year of NP experience with some procedural background. We will provide you with training after which you will be wound care and HBO certified.

• Performing assessment, debridement, wound dressings, skin substitutes and hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
• Treatment of an average of 10-15 patients per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (patient volume varies).
  
• Our clinic is generally open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- 40 hours a week.
• Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
• Treatment of Adult and Geriatric patients
• Compensation - base salary with bonus plan in place

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of NP experience in a procedural environment (i.e. urgent care, wound care, specialist medical office). We may be able to substitute similar RN experience in lieu
• Nurse Practitioner license
• MSN, Board certified
  
• DEA License

Benefits Include:

• Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. Base+Bonus=Range of $115K-$155K/year
