As a Remote Travel Experience Specialist , you'll be the go-to expert for clients, helping them plan and book personalized vacations, business trips, and events. This is a client-facing role that combines relationship building, problem-solving, and travel expertise.

• Trip Planning: Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, rental cars, and event tickets using industry-leading platforms.
• Concierge-Level Support: Provide top-notch service from trip planning to post-travel follow-ups.
• Tech-Savvy Booking: Use web-based tools, GDS systems, and supplier platforms to ensure smooth bookings.
• Social Media & Networking: Leverage social channels and community partnerships to expand your client base.
• Problem Solving: Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with travel trends, supplier offers, and new destinations.
