TITLE: Summer Camp Wellness Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Camp Director
DATES: May-August 2023
STATUS: Seasonal
Primary Responsibilities:
Help create and maintain a healthy mental and emotional environment for staff and campers.
Provide mental and emotional health services for the camp.
Provide education and support for staff regarding working with children with special needs, behavioral, developmental, emotional, or mental health concerns.
Provide programs with focus on mindfulness, ‘GSCO Power Up’, team-building, self-care and positivity.
This position is part of our health team at Tomahawk Ranch. We are looking for experience in social work, school counselling, person life-coaching/counselling, work with persons requiring special needs or equivalent to implement care and support designed to support our staff and campers' mental, emotional and social health while at camp.
