Foss Motors is looking for a weekend receptionist and title clerk. Position is responsible for covering the reception desk on the weekend with duties to include: answering a multi-line phone, receiving payments from service, sales, and parts customers, reconciling the cash drawer, and any other duties as needed. This position will also be responsible during the week for all title work including payoffs, calling banks to follow up on titles that have not been received in a reasonable time, submitting title paperwork to the appropriate states, correcting any title issues, assisting with breaking down deals, and any other duties as needed. This is a full-time position. The hours are Saturday 8AM - 5PM, Sundays 11AM- 4PM, and Monday through Wednesday 8AM - 4:30PM. Reception and title clerk experience is required.
