Job Title : Web Graphic Designer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Design responsive, user-friendly web pages and digital experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Create visual assets including web banners, icons, infographics, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all web and digital materials.
• Optimize graphics for speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in web design.

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Professional experience in digital or web design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma or Sketch.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
• Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Lottie).
• Experience in UX/UI design principles.
• Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in Agile or fast-paced creative environments.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
