We're seeking a visionary Vice President of Silicon Operations to lead our global supply chain and drive the future of the Internet of Things (IoT).

As our VP of Silicon Operations, you will:

Own the Supply Chain: Oversee the entire supply chain for our silicon products, from wafer procurement to finished goods delivery.
Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute a long-term supply chain strategy to support our ambitious growth plans.
Partner with the Business: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align supply chain capabilities with business objectives.
Optimize Operations: Continuously improve our manufacturing and logistics processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.
Build a World-Class Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of supply chain experts.
To qualify for this role, you should have:

A proven track record in supply chain leadership, ideally in the semiconductor or technology industry.
Deep expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for innovation and a desire to drive operational excellence.
