Position: Virtual Assistant (Remote - USA Time Zone Preferred)
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. This remote role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be assisting with a variety of tasks across multiple platforms to help our team deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
File Management: Organize, rename, and manage digital files efficiently. Occasionally, scan new clients' media folders to identify marketing assets such as logos and photos/videos.
Meta Ads Management: Upload files for ads and manage ad campaigns. You'll also monitor and respond to comments on Meta ads using Meta Business Suite (training and documentation will be provided).
Klaviyo Email Campaigns: Assist with the creation, scheduling, and management of email campaigns using Klaviyo (training and documentation will be provided).
Influencer Outreach & Management: Handle outreach and maintain relationships with influencers. This may include negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines.
Basic Shopify Tasks: Perform simple tasks on Shopify as needed (training will be provided).
Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to direct messages across various social media platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in English: Near-native fluency with excellent writing skills.
Experience: Familiarity with Meta Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, and community management is highly valued. If you've worked in a digital marketing agency, be sure to highlight your experience.
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and high-quality work is essential.
Flexible Hours: Availability to work between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time. While some tasks can be completed outside of these hours, you must be generally available during PST working hours.
Tools & Communication:
We use Notion to manage tasks and ensure smooth collaboration.
Our team works asynchronously as much as possible, with communication through email, Loom, and Notion.
You'll report directly to the owner and collaborate on both joint and independent tasks.
Opportunities for Growth:
This role begins as an hourly contract-based position for the first month (trial period).
Based on performance and demonstrated capabilities, there is potential for the role to transition into a salaried part-time position and eventually a full-time salaried role.
Compensation: $10 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
