Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide support for e-commerce and marketing tasks. If you have a passion for organization, a knack for digital tools, and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team, this role is for you!

What You'll Do
File Management: Organize and manage digital files with precision. Occasionally review client media folders to identify marketing assets like logos and high-quality photos/videos.
Meta Ads Management: Upload files for ads, monitor and respond to comments via Meta Business Suite (training provided).
Klaviyo Email Campaigns: Support email campaigns by scheduling and managing communications (training and documentation available).
Influencer Outreach: Manage influencer relationships, including outreach and contract negotiations within established guidelines.
Basic Shopify Tasks: Perform simple tasks on Shopify as needed (training provided).
Social Media Management: Oversee and respond to direct messages across social media platforms.
What We're Looking For
Proficient in English with near-native fluency and excellent writing skills.
Experience with Meta Ads, Shopify, and community management is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, with general availability between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Some tasks may be completed outside these hours.
Bonus: Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Tools & Collaboration
Tasks are managed using Notion.
Communication happens asynchronously via email, Loom, and Notion.
You'll report directly to the owner and collaborate on both shared and independent tasks.
What We Offer
Trial Period: Begin with an hourly contract-based position for the first month.
Growth Opportunities: Potential to transition into a salaried part-time role, with the possibility of moving to a full-time salaried position based on performance and skills.
Competitive Pay: $10 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
