Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on storytelling and creating visually compelling content. You will be responsible for editing videos, designing motion graphics, and crafting eye-catching thumbnails that drive engagement and help grow our YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit video content to deliver polished, high-quality productions that align with our brand and storytelling objectives.
Create and integrate motion graphics to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
Design attention-grabbing thumbnails optimized for YouTube.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and storytelling strategies.
Analyze video performance metrics to refine content and contribute to channel growth.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in video editing and YouTube content creation.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and thumbnail design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey ideas creatively and effectively.
Ability to think independently, solve problems on the go, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and content optimization is a plus.
