Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on storytelling and creating visually compelling content. You will be responsible for editing videos, designing motion graphics, and crafting eye-catching thumbnails that drive engagement and help grow our YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Edit video content to deliver polished, high-quality productions that align with our brand and storytelling objectives.
• Create and integrate motion graphics to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
• Design attention-grabbing thumbnails optimized for YouTube.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and storytelling strategies.
• Analyze video performance metrics to refine content and contribute to channel growth.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in video editing and YouTube content creation.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and thumbnail design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey ideas creatively and effectively.
• Ability to think independently, solve problems on the go, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and content optimization is a plus.
