**Facility has COUNTY RESTRICTIONS** The Caregiver cannot reside in the following counties: WARREN, WASHINGTON, FULTON, MONTGOMERY, RENSSELAER, SCHENECTADY, COLUMBIA, GREENE, DUTCHESS, ULSTER, ALBANY. CHARTING: EPIC. - The caregiver will be required to take an ECG exam once they arrive at the facility. Study material is provided before start. If the caregiver does not get an 85% or higher or misses critical rhythms, the contract may be terminated. This is a timed, closed book exam. Study guide will be sent from hospital. We STRONGLY encourage review of this before the caregiver starts. -Candidates that have worked as staff at this facility in the past year will not be considered and candidates that have worked full time as staff within AMC network (AMC, GFH, Saratoga and CMH) within the past six months will not be considered.

A facility in Wilton, NY is looking for an Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to work in their Urgent Care Facility. Current New York State license required. Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric advanced life support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). 5 years of experience required. Location: Wilton Medical Arts Urgent Care. This will not be guaranteed 7a-7:30p. Min. guaranteed hours 32. Varied start - 7a or 930a, typical shift is 12 hours. Every other weekend/holiday. MUST have EPIC experience.THIS UNIT WILL NOT ACCEPT TRAVELERS FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN NY: WARREN, WASHINGTON, FULTON, MONTGOMERY, RENSSELAER, SARATOGA, SCHENECTADY, COLUMBIA, GREENE, DUTCHESS, ULSTER , ALBANY.
