Position: Temp Property Site Manager
Duration: December 23, 2024 - January 8, 2025
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary Position

What You'll Do

  • Community Building: Plan and host engaging events, promoting a sense of belonging among residents.
  • Resident Support: Address concerns, enforce policies, and ensure residents enjoy their community.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Partner with your team to ensure property upkeep and timely repairs.
  • Operational Management: Manage budgets, oversee contracts, and plan property improvements.
  • Administrative Duties: Process invoices, organize payroll, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Train and support your team to meet property goals.
  • Emergency Response: Act swiftly in emergencies such as fires or water damage.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computers (word processing, calendar management, software/databases, and social media)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends
  • Property Management 2 years
