CTEC & PTIN Certification – Required.
2+ Years of Tax Preparation Experience – You know your way around tax returns.
Business Tax Returns Experience – Preferred, but eagerness to learn is just as valuable!
Expertise in Schedules A, B, C, & D – You handle them like a pro.
Experience with Amended Returns & PRO-Series Tax Software – Bonus points!
Bookkeeping Skills? Huge Plus!
Tech-Savvy – Confident using tax software & troubleshooting issues.
Strong Analytical Skills – You know how to ask the right questions and find the best solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills – Both written and verbal.
