Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist** Travel**
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $45.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,800.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $8.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $37.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $320.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,480.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,800.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $48.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,920.00

Job Overview :

As a Recruiter , you will coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned departments such as clinical and allied health. This role is responsible for managing requisitions, collaborating with hiring managers, and identifying top talent to meet organizational staffing needs efficiently. You will help shape hiring strategies and contribute to the overall success of the HR team while ensuring compliance and promoting an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for assigned lines of business
  • Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements
  • Develop sourcing strategies, post positions, and screen applicants
  • Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Manage requisition lifecycle in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and present candidate offer recommendations
  • Deliver and negotiate job offers and rejections professionally
  • Attend recruitment events and maintain external partnerships
  • Maintain applicant data and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Liaise with staffing agencies as needed, with approval
  • Actively participate in team meetings and process improvement discussions

Certification and Licensure Requirement:

· Required:

  • 03 years of professional work experience
  • Broad knowledge of recruiting diverse skill sets
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Preferred:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)

· Education:

· Required: Bachelor’s degree

· Certification and Licensure Requirement:

· Required (within 12 months of hire):

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
  • HRCI PHR or SPHR
