Job Description


At PwC, our people in sustainability focus on integrating environmental, social, economic, and governance considerations into business strategies and operations. They provide guidance and support to organisations by managing sustainability risks, identifying opportunities, and driving positive social and environmental impact. Working on sustainability in deals at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to integrating sustainability principles into mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions (debt and equity) and corporate strategies. You will analyse environmental and social risk, assess client needs based on global frameworks, conduct impact assessments and develop comprehensive sustainability strategies for value creation, and offer guidance and support to help clients transition to sustainable and purpose-led business models. You will leverage leverage experience in impact strategy and analysis, pre and post deal sustainability assessment, value creation through sustainable finance, and responsible investment strategies.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
