A growing distribution company in the vibrant Downtown-Brickell area of Miami is seeking a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This is your chance to play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth order processing, and timely product delivery.

What You'll Do:

Process Purchase Orders efficiently and secure confirmations from vendors.
Analyze sales forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and information on special promotions.
Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses, taking proactive steps to maintain optimal stock.
Estimate purchase volumes for each item, considering sales team feedback and historical sales data.
Track product delivery from domestic and international vendors to guarantee timely receipt.
Prepare weekly Purchase Reports, summarizing the company's purchase history for each item.
Collaborate with the Administrative Department on inventory control processes.
Generate Inventory Status Reports, detailing case quantities on hand for each item, their locations, and total inventory value.
Develop a Push Item List to highlight overstocked or short-dated products, supporting sales efforts.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Distribution, or a related industry.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or Freight software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:1 $60,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience, with potential to reach $70,000-$75,000).
