Superintendent
We are a Texas based general contractor specializing in waterworks construction projects for public and private entities. With more than 40 years of experience in nearly every type of treatment facility, we are capable of a simple pump replacement, a complete plant rehabilitation or new greenfield facilities.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee the operations of our Waste Water Treatment Facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant functioning of our waste water plants while leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of waste water treatment facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including Foremen, to enhance team performance and professional development.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules for piping and other critical infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and other stakeholders to improve facility operations and implement upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in waste water treatment operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of WWTP processes and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
