What You'll Do: 

• Maintain daily sanitation log for both dish machine and manual pot washing sink.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, and glassware either by hand or by using the dish machine.
• Ensure all chemicals are at sufficient levels in the dish machine.
• Be energy conscious and turn off lights when not in use, keep water faucets turned off, and report any leaks to supervisors or the manager on duty.
• You will be a key player in safety by paying close attention to specific high traffic areas to avoid accidents, slips, trips, and falls.
• Use proper dishes and glass racks to ensure proper cleaning and avoid chips, cracks, or breakage of small wares.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.
• Can learn different tasks within the kitchen and develop new skills.
• Be a part of a team and assist in other areas when business levels dictate.
• Properly recycling all cardboard using the compactor.
• Must have the ability to work on foot for most of their shift.
• Must have the ability to move, traverse, position yourself to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs. in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dustpans, scrub pads and dusters.
• Someone who is comfortable to lift, and carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

COMPENSATION:

$16.66-$16.66 per hour plus participates' in the tip pool!

BENEFITS: We provide full-time benefits to hourly employees who work 30 or more hours per week.

PTO ACCRUAL (includes Holiday hours that can be use for personal PTO) 

Hire to one year: 88 hours/year, 120 Max (.04231 X All Hours Paid)
1 year/Less than 5 years: 128 hours/year, 160 Max (.06154)
5 years/Less than 10 years: 168 hours/year, 200 Max (.08077)
10+ years: 208 hours/year, 240 Max (.10000)

HOURS:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

This is a 24-7, 365-day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. Must have a flexible schedule that can move between shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid Washington Food Handlers Certification

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $16.66/Hr. - $16.66/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
