Compensation Range: $150-165k + bonus
Day to Day Responsibilities: - Focus is on the cloud (sales and service)
- B2B commerce and Marketing Cloud is a big plus
- Can solve complex technical problems/challenges - can find technical capabilities within Salesforce to help with configurations etc
- Can LEAD technical delivery, not just thinking of the solutions but working with the developers, ultimately develops report to them
- Manage teams in the past
- Coach/mentor junior developers to get them to senior developers
- Background in Salesforce development
- Architect background
- They are now in Lightning, getting more users there, so its important that they know UI/UX in Lightning. Familiar with Lighting app builder
- 7+ but ideally 9+ years of experience with architectural experience
- Lighting APP Builder
Top Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience with experience leading migrations - strong communicator
- Lightning developer
- Build Lightning components
- Platform Developer 1 Cert - if they don't have it lets talk about it BUT this is the ringer
- Ecomm / b2b; marketing cloud; OR service cloud exp
- DevOps - git/azure/jenkins experience
Nice to haves:
- Service Cloud experience
- Ecommerce experience
