This hybrid remote position requires you to be on-site for quarterly meetings in Bethesda, MD.

Join PRISM's Global Information Security Settlement Compliance Office to spearhead US compliance initiatives globally. You'll lead critical projects, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery that meets stakeholder needs and regulatory standards. Responsibilities involve project oversight, insightful analysis and reporting, and program material development.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
• 7+ years leading global matrix projects.
• 2+ years implementing compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC 2).
• MS Office proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus. 
• Proven ability to contribute to compliance program operations and testing. 
• Can enhance decision-making through effective data management and analysis. 
• Ability to develop and articulate innovative solutions to senior leadership. 
• Experience in creating and delivering impactful training sessions. 
• Facilitates smoother project transitions through integrated change management.
