We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Information Security Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our integrated supply chain (ISC) security strategy. This is a key role that will directly impact the security of our manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and warehouses across the US.

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement robust OT, Cloud, Network, and IoT security strategies for ISC manufacturing, aligned with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
Establish security architecture compliance and deploy technologies like firewalls and OT intrusion detection systems.
Leverage experience with OT technologies (e.g., Nozomi Guardian, Armis, Claroty) and perform vulnerability assessments using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and STRIDE.
Identify, assess, and mitigate OT, Cloud, Network, and IoT risks and threats.
Develop incident response plans, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Secure supply chain systems by collaborating with vendors and enforcing compliance with security standards.
Build a culture of security through training programs and stakeholder education.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies in a manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required). Master's degree preferred.
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP, etc.) preferred.
Knowledge of MITRE Framework, IEC 62443/NIST 800:23 preferred.
Thorough understanding of security management and governance principles.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Work Environment: This is an in-office role.
Compensation: $107,000 - $154,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on several factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation, such as an annual incentive 1 bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered.
