Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior ALM Administrator for our client in the medical device industry. This is a remote opportunity to support the growth of a leading R&D team by optimizing ALM tools and systems.

• Location: Remote (based in Acton, MA)
• Pay: $90/hr – $120/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee ALM system administration (Helix and Polarion), ensuring performance and compliance
• Lead data migration efforts, including reporting, UAT testing, and tool development
• Configure and customize workflows, repositories, and integrations for ALM tools
• Manage user access, licenses, roles, and training for internal teams
• Document processes and troubleshoot system issues to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 2+ years’ experience with R&D ALM systems (Helix, Polarion) in a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of design controls and product development under a QMS
• Proven ability to support cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience in medical device industry and ALM/PLM tool integration highly preferred
